Session 1: Comprehensive intake and personalized plan(90 minutes)

We’ll review your health history, current symptoms, patterns, and goals—connecting the dots and identifying what may be getting in your way. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your body and your life.

Session 2: Refine and adjust(45 minutes)

We’ll review what’s working, make targeted adjustments, and troubleshoot any challenges.

Session 3: Build consistency and next steps(45 minutes)

We’ll continue refining your approach, strengthen key habits, and map out how to move forward for results that last.

All sessions are held on Zoom and completed within an 8-week period to support consistency and results.
