Hi, I’m Alicia. My work is rooted in the belief that when you care for your health with intention, you build the strength and confidence to live the life you truly want.
Creating a healthy, welcoming home for my four children has been one of my proudest accomplishments — and it’s with that same dedication that I help my clients nourish themselves. Together, we work to restore digestion, lighten toxic load, and build habits that help you age with strength and vitality.
My journey deepened when my brother was diagnosed with ALS. Driven to understand how food and lifestyle shape our health, I became a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, with additional training in herbal medicine.
Today, I combine nutrition, lifestyle strategy, and targeted supplement support to help clients create health that feels natural and sustainable. Because real health isn't about restriction or perfection—it's about building the energy and vitality that make everything else possible.
About Nutritional Therapy
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I use a bio-individual approach to help clients achieve optimal wellness and balance through functional nutrition. Working together, my clients and I prioritize the proper function of core foundations—digestion, blood sugar stability, and detox pathways—alongside a nutrient-dense, whole-food diet. These are essential to experiencing true health and vitality.
I like to describe the role of an NTP as that of a nutrition detective, using a client’s symptoms, diet, and lifestyle habits as clues to discovering why their body is out of balance. Through in-depth analysis of a client’s unique health history, I create a customized plan to restore balance and promote their body’s natural ability to heal itself.
My practice also helps clients reduce exposure to environmental toxins in both their homes and their bodies. Toxins in the food we eat, the water we drink, and the items we bring into our homes contribute to inflammation and nagging symptoms. Taking consistent steps to lessen chemical exposure helps restore vitality and improve overall health. Everyone benefits from reducing their toxic load, but for many clients, supporting the body’s natural detox pathways is the key to unlocking lasting wellness.
